I help mission-driven organizations solve people and leadership challenges

My career has taken me from nonprofits to the public sector, to consulting and tech over the last two decades, giving me a rare perspective on how people challenges show up differently across sectors, and what actually works in each (Spoiler: People are people no matter the industry!)
Brilliant ideas, solid resources and passion aren't enough. Without engaged, motivated people all rowing in the same direction, doing the work that’s needed, even the best strategies fall flat.
I don't just run workshops. I redesign how people work together.
I start by thoroughly assessing the people challenges your organization is facing, working closely with your in-house experts, and then design and implement creative and effective learning interventions tailored to the specific challenges we’ve uncovered. We get clear on what we are trying to acheive through these solutions and measure what matters to show the impact of the work. I'm focused on solutions that create lasting change, centering our collective humanity, not just temporary fixes.
Investing in your people creates a ripple effect in your organization.
When managers lead with confidence, teams work better together, and employees feel engaged and motivated — organizations make the impact they're meant to make.
I worked with a senior leader who was struggling with resistance and disengagement as he led his team through organizational change. Through coaching and learning design consultation, he shifted from directing to co-creating — giving his team a real voice and ultimately delivering their most engaged and successful offsite to date.
A new senior leader inherited a long-tenured and burnt out team, uncomfortable with change and a different leadership approach. We worked togther to design and deliver a Predictive Index teambuilding session, in order to build more trust and mutual understanding among the team. The session allowed the team to see the leader's vulnerability and humanity and she gained the footing she needed to lead — and opened the door to real collaboration and impact with her team.
I partnered with an executive coach to design, build and scale a leadership development program for new people managers in a tech company. With the executive coach as the subject matter expert on leadership, I translated her vision into an effective blended learning expereince. Using custom web development, content sourcing, slide design, facilitation support, and program engagement, during and outside of live sessions. I helped her program come to life and have staying power to impact the leadership of her participants.
I'm a coach, instructional designer and consultant with nearly two decades of experience helping to get people all rowing in the same direction, while meeting the needs of both the organization and the individuals involved.
I've run a private coaching and learning practice, designed and delivered leadership development programming in the high-tech industry, and worked with an HR consulting firm creating learning solutions for organizations and coaching individuals in career transition from various sectors.
I use my coaching and consulting skills to elevate my instructional design work. I blend creativity, humor, and practical project management skills with a deep understanding of what makes learning stick for adult learners. I work across the full learning spectrum—needs assessment, program design, implementation, and evaluation—and create everything from in- person learning solutions to fully asynchronous e-learning courses using video, animation, and generative AI.
Before focusing on learning design and leadership, I spent a decade as an internal recruiter and program manager in non-profit and public-sector organizations. That background taught me to be scrappy, adaptable, and to design solutions that work in the real world—even with limited resources.
I'm skilled with tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Canva, and various LMS platforms, and I'm always adding to my technology repertoire. I'm a certified Predictive Index faciliator, an ICF-Certified Coach and I hold a Master of Arts in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Clark University.
Outside of work, I'm an active volunteer with Greater Boston PFLAG and live outside Boston with my partner, two kids, and dog.
