My career has taken me from nonprofits to the public sector to consulting and tech over the last two decades, giving me a rare perspective on how people challenges show up differently across sectors, and what actually works in each (Spoiler: People are people no matter the industry!). I bring expertise in learning design, leadership development, facilitation, coaching, and program development.
