I'm a lifelong learner and my work has evolved over time. I've held positions in human resources as an internal recruiter and in program management within non-profits and the public sector. I've spent the last 15 years working at the intersection of coaching, facilitation, and instructional design—often doing a bit of all three in my roles in the private sector. Instructional design is my sweet spot. I love designing and developing learning experiences that drive growth for learners and results for businesses.
My approach combines creativity, humor, and empathy, grounded in strong project management skills and a practical understanding of what works. I work well both autonomously and with others.
