This is a sample facilitator guide for a session I designed and led for a group of 20 Executive Coaches and Career Consultants on understanding bias. 

These are handouts I designed to accompany an in-person leadership program for new managers.  I mapped the content to the organization's competency model, brought in relevant frameworks and provided many opportunities to practice with peers.
